DNA SEXING FORM

How to sex your bird with an easy and simple DNA test.

1. Print out this form.
2. Write in the table below the details (identification) of each bird that you are having sexed.
For example (Ring 11 Red, Big Bird, Blue Parrot, cage 2, etc.)
3. Pull 2 feathers from each bird to be tested. (feathers should be around 2 - 4 inches, or 5 - 10 cm. long)
4. Results will take 7 to 12 days.
