Additional information for the payment by bank transfer

  • Any additional bank fees for the deposit/transfer will have to be borne by the client.
  • The order will be registered once we have received the bank deposit/ transfer. After 7 days, if the deposit/transfer has not been received, the order will be deleted.
  • An international bank transfer takes 4-5 days to be received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your deposit/transfer and your order has been registered.

Additional information for the payment by money order:

  • The fees of the money order will have to be borne by the client.
  • A money order takes around 1 week to arrive.
  • The order will be registered once we have received the money order. After 15 days, if the payment has not been received, the order will be deleted.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your transfer and your order has been registered.

  • Please check that all the information is correct and complete. If the client's details provided are incorrect or incomplete and the kit cannot be delivered, you will have to pay an extra fee for the kit to be resent.
  • Please check that the email address provided is correct. We will send you an email if there are any issues with your order, as well as to confirm that we have received and processed your order (please check your spam folder if you do not see our emails in your inbox).
  • Your kit will be posted once your payment has been received. Express shipping for national mailing only. Your kit will be posted on the same day for payments received by 12pm, if not your kit will be sent in a maximum of 24 hours after your payment has been confirmed (Monday-Friday, except public holidays).
