DNA TEST ORDER

Please, fill in all the required information to receive our sample collection kit for your DNA test.

Please note:

  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • Please check that the information provided is correct and complete to avoid any delays and/or extra shipping fees.
  • Please check that the email address provided is correct, so we can contact you if there is any problem or to confirm we have registered your order. Please make sure that you receive our emails in your inbox and that they do not go to spam.
  • Your kit will be sent by registered mail from one of our national or international locations in Europe. Normal delivery time is between 2 and 10 business days.
  • With tracking number and guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days for any order received by noon (Mon-Fri). The pickup of samples is valid for 3 months from the date that your kit is shipped. The prices above are valid for shipments within the UK and Ireland; please contact us for a personalized quote if you are not based in the UK. Shipping and pickup fees are non-refundable once the kit has been sent or the samples picked up. Please see the purchase conditions for more details.

FOR VISA and MASTERCARD The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

 

Note: The payment by credit or debit card is not taken automatically. Our staff will process the payment once we receive your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been taken and your order has been registered. If there were any issues with your payment, we will get in touch with you.

Additional information for the payment by bank transfer

  • Any additional bank fees for the deposit/transfer will have to be borne by the client.
  • The order will be registered once we have received the bank deposit/ transfer. After 7 days, if the deposit/transfer has not been received, the order will be deleted.
  • An international bank transfer takes 4-5 days to be received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your deposit/transfer and your order has been registered.
Note: The PayPal payment is not taken automatically. Our staff will revise your order and send you an email with instructions on how to send your payment via PayPal. Please make sure that you receive our emails and that they do not go to spam.

 

Additional information for the payment by money order:

  • The fees of the money order will have to be borne by the client.
  • A money order takes around 1 week to arrive.
  • The order will be registered once we have received the money order. After 15 days, if the payment has not been received, the order will be deleted.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your transfer and your order has been registered.
